Do you want to make a special gift in honor or memory of a special friend, family member, organization, or beloved animal companion? Donate to PRS in memory or honor of someone else and we’ll make sure to send them a special acknowledgement of your donation. These gifts are great for:
– Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, holidays, or other special gifts!
– Honoring a special friend, family member, or organization
– Memorializing the passing of someone special
– Honoring or memorializing a beloved companion animal
When donating, please note the following information:
– Purpose of donation (anniversary gift, memorial donation, etc.)
– Name of the person you would like notified of the donation
– Address (snail mail or email) for the person you would like notified
– Optional special message to include
– Do you want your name to be kept anonymous? (Y/N)
– Would you like the donation amount included in notification ? (Y/N)
Please let us know if there is an earmarked purpose you would like the donation used for. If your gift is in memory of someone who has passed, please let us know if there is a next of kin or someone else special you want to know about your donation.
